Please be aware that returned inventory must be destroyed and cannot be repackaged or resold. This drives up the cost of our products if the product is not used and has to be thrown away.

If you must return the product to us, send the unused portions in their original containers to the address on your receipt or call for return instructions at 505-906-9224. This applies to only those orders placed from our web site. We offer a refund for your order if it is returned within sixty days of purchase date.

You the customer are responsible for any postage charges you accrue in sending your items back to us. Please include a UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION number with your return so that we may track your returns in the event they are lost, stolen or misplaced during transit.

ORIGINAL CONTAINERS MUST BE RETURNED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR REFUND.

ALL ORDERS, INCLUDING SPECIAL DISCOUNT ORDERS, MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT.
