Q: What about parasites in my pets & how to prevent parasites from coming back to me if my pets have them?  

A: Humans frequently pick up parasites from their dogs and cats. When you cleanse yourself and to help you avoid a possible re-infestation, you should simultaneously address that problem in your dog or cat.  Furthermore, you should wash your hands and make sure your children wash their hands after handling pets. You may give ParaNix to pets by opening a capsule and sprinkling its contents on a your pet's food throughout the day.

The daily dose for animals can be calculated based on their weight using the following formula: assume a full adult dose based on 120-140Ib.  Q: Is there anything else I should do to prevent are-infestation?

 A: You should follow, and make your children follow, good basic hygiene by always washing their hands with soap and hot water after using the bathroom and just before eating. Use only clean filtered water, otherwise you risk getting re-infected with cryptosporidium or Giardia parasites (chlorination or carbon filters can't really handle this problem very well) which are commonly found in the municipal water supply in many cities (see a detailed article about water following this manual).

 Q: Do I need to follow a specific kind of a diet while on the program?

 A: No, you do not need to adhere to any special diet. However, here are few helpful suggestions. It is very important to take an adequate amount of essential fatty acids, the so called "good fats," like flax seed oil, evening primrose oil, borage oil, etc. This is not only important for when you are on the cleanse but all the time.

 They are absolutely vital to good health, just like the 8-12 glasses of water which you should consume regardless of whether you are on this program or not. During the cleanse, also try to avoid sugar and decrease the intake of foods that contain a lot of sugar.

 Q: Is it true that internal cleansing kills beneficial flora ("friendly bacteria") in our digestive system?

 A: In his book "Colon Health," the legendary Dr. Norman Walker, a renowned authority on colon cleansing, juicing and longevity, points out that impacted or incrusted fecal matter in the colon prevents the lining of the colon from functioning properly and the glands in this lining cannot produce the necessary intestinal flora or lubrication. However, it is important to help the body with this process and assist it in producing the needed amounts of beneficial bacteria which are so vital to our digestive health and to our overall well-being.

Internal Sweep helps in boosting our natural immunity and ensures that pathogenic bacteria such as Candida (yeast) and H. Pylori do not overgrow. Q: I am currently using the Internal Klenz program and have noticed an increase in my blood pressure.  I do have high blood pressure and am on blood pressure meds.  Is this a side effect of this cleansing program, has it been reported?

A: The INTERNAL SWEEP component contains Licorice which may raise the blood pressure and this has been reported by some individuals who have used and continue to use these products. It is suggested that if blood pressure medication is normally taken first thing in the morning and/or taken with food, this regime can be continued. The internal cleanse components then can be taken 1/2 to 1 hour after taking the meds. This is so the SWEEP does not absorb the meds. This adjustment in one's medication regime will not affect the effectiveness of the internal cleanse program.

Q: How frequently should I repeat the program or use any of the components of the program?

A: As far as the whole program is concerned, every 12 months (and as frequently as every 6 months) is a good idea. However, think about it. We all brush our hair and teeth and clean our bodies on daily basis and don't realize that the secret to good health is sweeping our colon and insides every day. In fact the Royal Academy of Physicians in Great Britain (European doctors have always been more holistic-minded than American doctors) made a statement a few years ago that says it all - ­"90% of all disease and discomfort is directly or indirectly related to an unclean colon."

After using our program once, most of our customers like to keep on using Internal Sweep (the most comprehensive product of its find on the market) and continue on taking it along with the KlenzTea on a daily basis. Q: Can children use the cleansing program?             

A: Yes. Many children have parasites. Since a child's colon is probably not going to be as clogged as an adult's, as a general rule, children younger than 16 are recommended to only take half the adult's dose of each of the 3 components. Children over 12 years of age can use the product but depending on their weight they would only take 1/4 to 1/2 of the adult dose of the 3 components. 

Children younger than 12 should not use either the Internal Sweep or KlenzTea; they only need the parasite treatment and we do have it available in easy-to-take liquid form called Paranix Jr. This formula contains four vital ingredients for dealing with parasites effectively - Fennel Seeds, Sage Leaves, Black Walnut Hulls and Male Fern Root.

Q: Is it alright to eat regular meals?

A: Yes, but easy on the caffeine and sugar and easy on the red meat. Fish and poultry are o.k.

Q: While doing this should I try to eat less, or easily digested foods?

A: No. There is no need to alter your present diet except for those minor exceptions we have already mentioned. Be sensible. Just be sure to go easy on the sugar products and caffeine and be sure to drink plenty of water.

Q. I have read about your internal cleansing product and am considering ordering it. One question I have is how much disturbance to my digestion is this going to cause?

A. These natural herbs RESTORE your digestive system; they do not disrupt it. This is not a laxative. Actually, in about the third week, first thing in the morning, you will feel a need to evacuate. Then, during the day, perhaps after your noon meal, you may feel the need to evacuate again, but it will be a natural rhythm, and not disrupting. The body will tell you when you need to discharge, just as it does now. The only difference is that the urge may increase to twice or three times per day.

Q. Will I be able to live and work normally while on the program?

Of course. You may be, however, living ABNORMALLY NOW if your body is not evacuating regularly two to three times a day. MANY, MANY individuals use the products daily, and throughout the year. It is best to do a cleanse once a year. But you need not make any special arrangements regarding the body’s natural rhythm of discharging. That is a very misunderstood point about cleansing. Your body knows when it needs to evacuate, and it will prompt you. But it is never so critical that you would have to worry about "having an accident." Nothing could be further from the truth.
